In addition to coaching, Adrian leads nature based rites of passage groups with the Stepping Stones Project, a non-profit located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to coaching Adrian studied organizational behavior at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and worked as a management consultant. He has served on the board of directors of SF Coaches and The Stepping Stones Project. Adrian is currently exploring his dream of working remotely from Southeast Asia for part of the year.
