Angelo--This is happening right now in Kansas. The moderate Republican state senators joined with the Democratic minority during the last legislative session to save the state from the worst of Brownback's excesses. Now those moderates are being targeted by the extremist Republicans.

Love your cartoon.

Thanks Diane. I'm sorry to hear that the moderate Republicans in Kansas are being targeted by the extremists. It's sort of the story of the past decade or so now all across the country. As a Democrat, these past few years I've begun to appreciate the importance of moderate Republicans from keeping the GOP from going too far to the right.

I've been occassionally reading the Kansas Free Press website lately and hope all of you can hold the line against Brownback. Keep up the good fight.
