Eric Cartman, Abortion Addict?

By Tatiana McKinney
October 23, 2009

South Park never ceases to amaze any of us. Most people are smiling and giggling when watching South Park, but last night the creators decided to take on a controversial topic, that is ABORTION.

According to Salon.com, "In an episode that also casually tossed off jokes about rednecks, gays and child molestation, Bad Irene’s abortion addiction still managed to stand out, a reminder that the heated debate over choice frequently serves as America's prime-time entertainment. In the words of one horrified denizen of "South Park,"

“There’s a little girl out there who’s had 14 abortions and she ain’t even ten yet. But I guess that’s just ‘not real’ to you.”

Who says Abortion Can't be Funny? Right?

In another part of the episode "Stan the Man" and "Juggernaunt" are arguing over the affections of "Bad Irene" (which is Cartmen in a Wig and Mini-skirt)...Well, you can guess how that love triangle played out?

With “Bad Irene” in front of a slobbering crowd of fans, admitting to “Juggernaut” she “killed his child.” Why? Because “I’m not in love with you, I’m in love with abortion!” And then they started hitting each other with chairs.
