No surprises at all. We see the reality back of the data.
Texas is really a great place to live and work - for some of us.
For others, well, it's definitely a tale of "two states," worked out, at least 1from our perspective, in the cities. We must find ways to change the trajectory of our public policy with a clear view to the sufferings of our low-income neighbors.
