As the energy corporations rush to capitalize on the public's desire for alternative forms of energy, they will be building ethanol plants and wind farms as fast as possible. It is imperative that citizens decide NOW whether or not these industrial plants should be located in residential or urban areas - or in rural, less populated areas.
